Colonnade advises Gamber-Johnson on its sale to
Leggett & Platt



In March 2007, Leggett & Platt (NYSE: LEG) of Carthage, Missouri completed the acquisition of Gamber-Johnson LLC of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The strategic acquisition will complement the products and services offered through Leggett & Platt’s Commercial Vehicle Products Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Gamber-Johnson is a leading provider of systems and components for mounting computers in vehicles for the law enforcement, public safety, telecommunications, utility and military markets. Leggett & Platt is a Fortune 500 diversified manufacturer of industrial products.

Colonnade Advisors LLC served as exclusive financial advisor to the Board of Directors of Gamber-Johnson on the transaction.
