Colonnade advises Dent-A-Med on its sale to Harbert Private Equity Fund and Cambridge Place Investment Management



In December 2006, affiliates of Harbert Management Corporation and funds managed by Cambridge Place Investment Management LLP acquired a majority equity interest in Dent-A-Med, Inc. of Springdale, Arkansas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dent-A-Med offers private label credit card financing for consumer purchases of health care services and home health care products. Harbert Management Corporation is an investment management firm focusing on multiple asset classes, including U.S. and European real estate, venture capital, mezzanine debt, independent power, private equity and public securities. Cambridge Place Investment Management LLP (“CPIM”), founded in 2002, is a UK and US based investment management group focused on the financial services and real estate markets, with a particular emphasis on structured finance investments.
