Tyree Miller

Ty Miller serves as a Senior Advisor with A.G. Hill Capital Partners, LLC, a Dallas-based investment firm, and has been a General Partner of COMM Ventures, Inc. from November 2007 to present.

Ty’s work experience includes 28 years at Bank One, where he served as President and CEO of Bank One Global Treasury Services (GTS) until the business merged with JP Morgan Chase in August 2004. He reported directly to CEO Jamie Dimon and served on the Planning Group, Bank One’s 13-member executive management committee. GTS provides a comprehensive range of payments and transaction processing services to businesses across the globe. Prior to GTS, he was Chairman and CEO of Bank One, Texas NA. Mr. Miller served as a director of Paymentech LLC, a leading merchant processing and electronic payments company, Visa USA, Corillian and was on the Executive Committee of The Clearing House, New York. From October 2005 until February 2008, Ty was a Venture Partner with Austin Ventures, a venture capital firm.

He currently serves on the executive board of Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Ty served as a director and chairman of Paymetric, Inc. from September 2004 to February 2009 and as a director of Corillian Corp. from April 2005 to May 2007. He was on the executive committee of The Clearing House Payment Company, New York, from 2001-2004. He earned his BBA degree and his MBA degree from Southern Methodist University.
