Ty Miller is President of A.G. Hill Capital Partners, LLC, a Dallas-based investment firm.

Ty’s work experience includes 28 years at Bank One, where he served as President and CEO of Bank One Global Treasury Services (GTS) until Bank One’s merger with JP Morgan Chase in August 2004. He reported directly to CEO Jamie Dimon and served on the Planning Group, Bank One’s 13-member executive management committee. GTS provides a comprehensive range of payments and transaction processing services to businesses across the globe. Prior to GTS, he was Chairman and CEO of Bank One, Texas NA.

He is currently a director of COMM Group, Inc. an online travel company, a director of A. H. Belo Corporation (NYSE:AHC) and SWS Group, Inc. (NYSE:SWS). In addition, he serves on the executive board of Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and is on the Investment Sub-Committee of Texas Health Resources. Ty previously served as a director of Paymentech LLC, a leading merchant processing and electronic payments company, Visa USA, Corillian and was on the Executive Committee of The Clearing House, New York. From October 2005 until February 2008, Ty was a Venture Partner with Austin Ventures, a venture capital firm.

Ty earned both a BBA and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
