Stuart Miller
Managing Director

Stuart Miller founded Colonnade Advisors in 1999. Previously, Stuart was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department of J.P. Morgan. From Chicago, Stuart managed corporate client relationships and was responsible for the firm's information technology services practice nationally. He joined J.P. Morgan in 1992 from Credit Suisse First Boston where he had worked from 1988 in the Investment Banking Department in New York and Chicago.

Stuart has worked on underwritten equity issues aggregating in excess of $4 billion, public underwritten debt and preferred stock issues exceeding $10-billion, private placements of debt and equity exceeding $3.billion, and over thirty M&A transactions totaling in excess of $14.billion.

Stuart holds an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School, a BA magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University, and the Series 7, 24, 28 and 63 securities licenses.
