Dan Weinfurter is the non-executive Chairman of Capital H Group LLC. Capital H Group is a global talent and leadership services firm, helping organizations improve performance by how they deal with their people. Capital H Group was formed in 2003 with significant equity backing by FT Ventures (San Francisco) and PPM America Capital Partners (Chicago).

Before serving as the CEO of Capital H, Dan was the founder and chief executive of Parson Consulting, an international firm focused on providing consulting services to the finance, accounting and business systems areas of large organizations. Parson was ranked as the #1 fastest growing private company in the U.S. in the October 2000 issue of Inc. Magazine. In May 2002, Management Consulting Group PLC, (LON:MMC) a London based company, acquired Parson.

Prior to forming Parson Group, Mr. Weinfurter was an executive vice president for Alternative Resources Corporation (ARC). He joined ARC during its second year of operations and departed five years later as the company approached $100 million in revenue and launched 1994’s second most successful IPO on NASDAQ. Prior to ARC, Dan spent three years at Intelogic Trace, Inc. and eight years at the General Electric Company in a variety of sales, marketing management and sales management positions.

Dan received both a BS and an MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee. Dan currently serves on the Advisory Board of TalentDrive and Brill Street and Company. He is the Chairman of the President’s Council for the YWCA of Chicago, and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
