Illinois Tool Works Engages Colonnade Advisors

Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW) has renewed its engagement with Colonnade Advisors to assist ITW with acquisitions. Colonnade Advisors will continue to identify acquisition opportunities for ITW among the portfolios of private equity firms and will seek other private and publicly-held businesses that fit ITW’s acquisition criteria.
