Residential Credit Solutions LLC, a new residential mortgage investment and servicing company, has received $125 million of private equity commitments from a group of investors led by Equifin Capital Partners of New York. Residential Credit Solutions LLC was formed by Equifin and a management team led by mortgage industry executive Dennis Stowe, CEO of Residential Credit Solutions LLC. Colonnade Advisors LLC served as exclusive financial advisor to the management team of Residential Credit Solutions LLC regarding this transaction.
