Colonnade advises a commercial finance client on its successful $250 million senior debt refinancing

Colonnade Securities is pleased to announce that it has advised one of its commercial finance clients in the successful refinancing of its senior credit line through a multi-year $250 million structured facility with a leading national lender. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Colonnade Securities LLC advised this specialty finance company on the transaction.
